The first charge happens at sign-up. After that, the Force of Billing aligns to the calendar — your card is auto-charged monthly on your enrollment anniversary until you choose to disengage.
Easy — log into the Manage Membership portal and update your vehicle and plate info. Your membership stays with you, not the vehicle, so a new ride just needs a quick plate swap.
Cancel anytime in the holonet (Manage Membership portal) or in person at the kiosk. Your remaining month stays active — you keep washing until the cycle ends.
